Food Stuff Christmas Party - Event Staff/Santa Claus - Palmerston North - project date December 2016

BitontheSide sent a crew to Palmerston North to help with the FoodStuff Christmas party. Their role was to manage the kids activity zone, surpervise and set up the games zone and make sure that all the children are safe and having a good time on the activities. We also provided a Santa Claus for the event.

Spark Christmas Conference - Event Staff / Registration - Auckland - project date December 2016

Spark held a 4 day event for their internal crew. We made sure the event ran smoothly and the Spark staff were having the time of their life 

New Zealand Innovation Council Event - Event Staff - Auckland - project date December 2016

BitontheSide helped organise the event and make sure it went according to plan. Our roles consisted of

  • Setting up the rooms

  • Managing the registration process 

  • Manage the help desk

  • Ushering 

  • Taking photos of the guest on devices provided

  • Manage the Trophy Table

  • Helping out in the Green room with all the guest speakers

  • Helping where help was needed

NIVEA MEN Brand Activation NZ - project date July 2016

Nivea needed our help to Launch a new range of products - NIVEA MEN Clear Effect Cleanser and Moisturiser to the target audience of 18-24 year old males. 

BitontheSide did the Brand Activation at Auckland's Britomart where we had to promote and educate people about the new products.
