A week long event where our staff helped with the ASB G9 Event, providing assistance where needed and making sure all ran smoothly. Responsibilities of the staff included:

• Handing players foam balls

• Assistance in completing entry form

• Encouraging those who played to make donations to St. John’s

ASB DIWALI FESTIVAL 2018 - EVENT CREW - PROJECT DATE OCTOBER 2018

Our staff had to run a mobile based game, interacting with the public, giving them information on the game and handing out prizes.

ASB - AUCKLAND MARATHON SURVEY - BRAND AMBASSADOR - PROJECT DATE OCTOBER 2018

Provided staff to help with research at the Auckland Marathon. Their role was to walk around with tablets asking members of the public to complete an online survey.

Spark Field Days 2018 - Event Crew - Hamilton -  project date June 2018

BitontheSide provided staff to help in the Spark tent at the FieldDays event in Hamilton. Some of their roles were to maximize the huge sales opportunity that FieldDays presents, ensure customers have a great experience on the Spark Network at FieldDays, express their knowledge they have learnt on the devises and Spark's services, help and run Quiz Game and be a helping hand for the event staff.

ASB - THE IMAGINE 2018 CONFERENCE - EVENT STAFF / REGISTRATION - wellington - PROJECT DATE MAY 2018

ASB held a day event for their internal crew. We made sure the event ran smoothly and the ASB staff were having the time of their life. 

Spark Family Fun Day 2018 - Event Staff - Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch - project date February 2018 

Provided 60 staff through-out Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch for Spark's annual Family Fun day. The mission was to provide Spark's clients, clients (children) with an amazing story to share with their friends on their first day back after the Easter Holidays and to inspire clients and children with exciting technology from OMG Tech. BitontheSide crew assisted in all areas of the event, from taking photos of the attendees, introduction them to the technology, flying drones around the theme park, helping in catering and assisting the Spark staff in anyway they could. BitontheSide flew some of the veteran staff to the cities as requested from the Spark event team.

ASB LIVE 2020 - EVENT STAFF - AUCKLAND - PROJECT DATE JANUARY 2018

BitontheSide were key contributors to this event as our crew completed the following:

• Registration

• Roaming Microphones

• Assisting Exhibitors / Masterclass Speakers

• Directional Signage (help people find where they are going)

• In-room Support / Scanning and Setup

BitontheSide provided tech savvy staff, who were to assist in a vending machine game placed in malls around Auckland. Duties included:

• Making sure participants were happy and guiding them where necessary

• Restock of Machine

• Transportation of stock from offices to malls
